There's not going to be a new Logan to debate as a fan base rather we'll get X-23.

The Xmen are on Krakoa already but have been in hiding and wiped their existence from human history via telepathy, Scarlet Witch's behaviour in DS: M.O.M will have the xmen reveal themselves, and the existence of mutants because Magneto will want to take her there for her safety. Or something more threatening is coming that a psychic mutants seen. The whole retcon can just be summed up in "we've kept our mutant population safe, humans aren't our concern"
