Acting like that film is the rare exception to the "Sony rule" is ridiculous when one also uses Guardians as an example of MCU "still can rule" after the disasters of Quantumania and Secret Invasion.
Not to mention the fact that Marvel bungled Gunn so hard during the Tweets controversy that dude ended being placed in charge of their biggest rival DC as well as writing/directing a damn SUPERMAN movie soon after he was finished with Vol 3.
