"What If?" Team - likely or no?

Some of you might remember a skin for "What If?" Dr. Strange a little while back. It disappeared a few updates back.
What are the odds this is because they're working out a "What If?" team with synergy and unique attacks and abilities?
Makes you wonder if that is planned why they kept that Ultron skin...as a skin...
Has anyone seen or heard anything official along these lines? I know they're making Star Lord T'Challa.. makes me hope for the future a little lol
