I spend about $30 a month in the webstore. In October I was double charged for an item and I requested a refund. Got no response from the company so I went through PayPal and got my money back.

I haven’t been able to purchase from the store since. Yesterday I got a hold of support from the company that runs the payment, my account has been banned from buying anything from the website due to “excessive charge backs and suspicious transactions.”

I can still buy stuff in game. This is just a friendly heads up.
