Anyone having problems with korg not resing like he's supposed?

So I'm on difficultly 5 with the second to last and last trial active. Yhe last trial says "war abilities are active this run" so I get to the last node, full health and such. My Korg, and cosmo are about 70k. So nothing fancy, but both cosmo and thor (iw) abilities that allow the res, of korg. So when korg on my team dies, I use one of the abilities from either yo res him and it doesn't. Whats going on.. am I missing something here?
