game is unplayable

I literaly can not play the game. New player and when I upgrade a card it takes me to the claim reward screen where a Jessica jones card wants to be claimed. The game will say try again in a few minutes and freeze there. When I close the app and open it back up the card I upgraded is back to a grey and it looks like it never got upgraded. This has happened for 2 days now. Also evey time I jump on I have to log out and log back in to join matchmaking. It's really sad.any tips?
