Card Customization is Dissapointing

So far the only use I've gotten out of card customization is the border changing. I understand not being able to transfer stuff like inked splits between card variants, but the shimmers and sparkles should be usable on any variant. The whole menu is sort of useless when a change border button could achieve the same thing.
