Effective purchasing for card acquisition

I’m looking for the most optimal way to acquire all the cards currently, and be able to stay up to date with new card releases. I purchase every season pass, so will always have that card. Pool 3-complete Pool 4-Snowguard, Stegron Pool 5-Howard the Duck, Silk, The Living Tribunal

I’m financially able and willing to spend $50-75$ a month (outside of the season pass)

Currently have 12800 tokens.

I’m looking for the most optimal and effective way to be able to have all the latest cards as soon as they come out. Is that possible with my current spending habit?
