I regularly see posts and complaints that matchmaking is broken. It is, but there are lots of other fish that need to be fried too. E.g.:

• Why can't we see our win/loss/tie stats? I want to see how I'm doing. I want to see it over time too. Am I on a big loss streak? When I lose, what's my average cube loss? Do I win/lose more at the start of a season? Why can't these numbers be easily accessible?
• If you send an emote, message, emoticon, etc. after winning then you are a terrible person and should face a week ban. Every time you subsequently do it, you should get an additional week ban. (i.e. second offense gets you a fresh two week ban)
• If you snap, then win, then send an emote or message -- two week ban. Two additional weeks for subsequent violations. (i.e. second offense gets a fresh 4 week ban)
• Fast forwarding. What happened to that? Why do I have to watch Odin reveal 8 times on a Wong/Mystique combo? Or when I know an Ultron will kill me here and they have it, then i don't want to watch all the bots appear and get boosted. Just include the fast forward button always!
