Winter Wonderlands Vault 2 worth daily draw?

Hi all, I'm normally in the only spend HP on roster space phase but this vault caught my eye for two reasons.
One the daily single draw is very cheap, 60 HP and two there's 1000 HP up for grabs in 44 slots, meaning the average HP reward when pulling is 22.7. This means your pull cost is really 37.3 HP and seems like that's a really good deal for latest legends tokens etc that are in there regardless of where you are roster wise.
