I'm choosing to play an aged up version of Star-Lord's barely mentioned son Rocket. Anywho in the comic he is born in, his mother wields these.. wind blaster guns.. that can basically shoot out concussive blasts or a little funnel tornado.
So my main attack would be elemental burst/blast with the air element. Paired with the iconic weapon feature, on a Fantastic Success, I would do double damage and knock them back 5 spaces, landing prone.
Flavor wise it really matches what I'm going for, and my (first time) Narrator agreed... but just because it's what I'm going for doesn't mean it's not too strong, especially as low as rank 2.
Any thoughts on if you'd let a player run this at your table? Why or why not?
Edit: Maybe adding 'On creatures Average or smaller' might help while still fitting the flavor.
