Broken Spidey figures?

For those who have bought the new spider-man No Way Home figures, heat up the figure before you force the joints to move.
If something doesn't move DON'T force it. Chances are, it's not gping to end well. Instead, heat up your figure eaither by boiling water or haordryer. After that, then slowly begin to move the frozen joints.
Happened to all three of my NWH figures.
