Ghost Rider! I love the texture of his leather suit, but it feels like it needs something more.. advice?

Suit is a mixture of Scale75 black and black leather (a dark but lighter.. more red color).. I tried going back and forth playing with highlights, but nothing looked right... maybe giving him a grey dry brush? Not really sure.
