Opinions on multiple affiliations in one list?

So the title pretty much says it all. I wanna know your thoughts on running 2 different affiliations in one 10 modle list. I'm currently running a criminal syndicate list that has been doing really well but I have one or two models in the list that I never seem to use, so I was thinking about adding in red skull and running a criminal syndicate/cabal list seeing as pretty much all the characters in this list are already both.

EDIT: My hope is that by having the second affiliation, I might use that leader, and thus, that spot a little more
