Best place to start with Fantastic Four?

I have MDCU so my options are open. I've heard the early stuff is great with intros from the Inhumans and Galactus. What about modern stuff? Also, what is the difference between Fantastic Four and FF? Should I pick up the ultimate universe if I'm enjoying it?
