I'm just gonna say this flat out: Disney made a premature move when it came to them firing James Gunn and they kinda have a slightly tarnished company image at the moment. Not only that, but with the recent acquisitions of the Fox properties, suddenly THEY HAVE EVERYTHING TO LOSE.
When a company has everything to lose again, creativity isn't really a priority and for a entertainment company like Disney, that's a huge blow not only to the fans but to the creators and the storytellers themselves.
I'm worried that interference from Disney might happen one day and they won't let Feige what he needs to do to shape this franchise going forward and instead, a diarrhea maelstorm will be created like another X-Men: The Last Stand that'll be a stinker in the box office.
I really hope this is not the case and that I'm just being paranoid.
