So little has happened, I honestly forgot we are already four episodes in
That's how I feel. Very surprised to see all the adoration here. I wanted to love this (because WandaVision rocked my world), but this one has felt so Disney.
I feel like I'm on the set of a high-school play.
I wish I could enjoy it like you are!
The pacing has felt so unwaveringly flat to me, whereas WandaVision stayed compelling and dynamic. I love how confidently slow its pacing started, with just enough peaks behind the veil to keep audiences intrigued, and when it ramped up, it ramped up so well.
It feels extremely Disney. Nowhere even close to the caliber of WandaVision.
Honestly a drudgery to get through. I love Kathryn Hahn, and she's certainly doing magnificently with what she's given. But I have a hard time with such phoned-in writing.

Interesting. That episode was a 10/10 to me but the rest have been more of a 3/10.
