How to watch The defenders Saga in order?

I've watched Daredevil season 1 & 2, Jessica Jones 1 & 2, Luke Cage 1, and Iron Fist 1. I goggle searched this recently and most sources say to watch the defenders now, but I am not sure if that is the case. Should I finish Luke Cage 2 and Iron Fist 2? Or should I watch the Punisher 1? Or should I indeed watch the Defenders now? Please give me advice on how I should watch it so that it can make sense.
