Greeting friends,

I hope 2025 has found you well and in good spirits. I can honestly say that 2024 was an unforgettable adventure. Like many of you, it was difficult to process the fact that I found myself on here and the internal struggles were difficult at times. I was lucky to connect with APs in similar situations. With them I learned so much about myself , and for that I am grateful. I’m hoping that 2025 will be a wonderful year for everyone that’s looking to find their special person. Whether you are new to this sub or not it’s definitely a place that for many of us is out of our comfort zone. We are putting ourselves out there and hoping that someone finds it appealing. It has by all measures helped me tremendously and I’m hoping to connect with someone that might find themselves in the doldrums of their marriage.

About me: By day I work in the healthcare field and enjoy staying active. I’m an avid skier and golfer and enjoy a good hike. I would consider myself to be an attractive person. Looks wise I’m 5’10 and darker features(eyes, hair, olive skin). My idea of a great time is grabbing some tea or coffee and reading a hardcover book. My last AP introduced me to Libby and hoopla and I am now discovering the world of free audiobooks! Thanks D I owe you!!

About you: A person that is close in age and looking to connect with someone over things like books, recipes, and the ups and downs of life. I’m hoping you also have kids and not looking to change your situation but hopefully make it more palatable. As far as looks, brownie points if you have that nerdy glasses look. I’m very much open to gals of all types as long as you are someone that tries to keep themselves in good health. I’m hoping you are close in close proximity to the WNY/Upstate Ny in the event things progress to an in person meet up. Finally I hope that you are willing to be flexible in that we have many roles to fill at home and can chat and communicate as time permits.
