Hey female Redditors! Ladies, if this feels like a resume, that's because it kinda is.
The physicals:
Let's get them out of the way now. I am a Caucasian, 47M, 165 lb., 5'8", goatee, glasses, and I shave my head. I am a healthy, moderately fit guy who takes fitness and healthy lifestyle choices seriously. For context, I work out 6 days a week and eat fairly healthy with a cheat day every now and then. Who doesn't love a fantastic, greasy, fattening, artery clogging hamburger?!
About me:
I have been married over 15 years, and have 1 child and a dog. I love the outdoors and the indoors. Want to go out to eat and catch a show? I'm down. Want to spend the morning hiking at a nature park? Let's go. Want to have a nice quiet dinner and curl up on the couch for an evening in? Just say when. I work in the technology field, so I'm into computers, but I also like to work with my hands, so I like to do woodworking as one of my hobbies. I like to think that I have a good balance of manly and nerdy.
What I'm looking for:
You can be anywhere from your 20's to your mid-40s. (I'm not picky about age) I'm looking to slowly building a friendship and personal connection with someone. I want someone that despite not me having in them my in-person circles right now, I can trust and confide in. I love my wife, but there is a deeper connection that has been missing for some time. I'm not looking to SO bash, but I don't mind exchanging our daily frustrations. Talk to me about your home life or your work life. I just want to get to know YOU. I'm not looking to change my situation or yours, but I could be in this for the long haul with the right person. I understand that we both have priorities with families, so discretion and patience are something I hope to get in return. Do you want someone you can talk freely to with no judgement? Are you interested in building a connection with someone that could lead somewhere in the future? I could be your guy.
What I don't want:
Bots and scammers. I have had the opportunity to meet and speak to a few of them so far, and while that can be entertaining, It's just a waste of my time. I will figure you out pretty quickly, so don't even bother. I also want someone who is not afraid to say "hey, buddy, we're just not a good fit" or "you're just not the one for me".
