How to get wife to express herself?

My wife is a very shy person. She doesn't like talking about sex. Whenever I try to engage she becomes defensive and says that she feels like I'm interrogating her. Our sex life is good, but I would like more input from her. I was thinking about asking her to anonymously post on reddit and see if that might be a better way to get her to open up. My questions for the group:

What reddit groups would you recommend posting in? I want thinking r/NSFWIAMA. Any others?

Any ideas on how to get her to enjoy talking about sex without becoming nervous?

How does one minimize the inevitable barrage of dicks and their pics so that the Mrs doesn't become overwhelmed?
