We’ve been married 45 years and our marriage is still going strong. We love one another deeply and take the time to express it.

Our sex life is still incredible. We make it a point to schedule “ dates “ every 3rd day or so. Never less frequent than every 4th day.

L has been in HRT for 25 years as she had a benign tumor removed which resulted in her having a complete hysterectomy. Back then drs weren’t all that happy to prescribe hormone patches as early studies indicated long term use may increase the frequency of a heart attack or stroke. L said I’m not spending the rest of my life in menopause.
