It's a lot more common than you might think. Whether they meet the Kinsey definition of heterosexual or not, married men and non married ostensibly straight-presenting guys have been getting head from men for millennia at least and continue to do so today. Erotic sculptures, paintings, literature, cave drawings, and pottery prove this.

In some ancient societies before the corrupting influences of modern religion it was quite common or even required as a ritual when reaching manhood for the young guy to be introduced to male sex acts.

Of course men don't talk about it to their buddies at the gym because in our modern world we've been taught that you have to be gay or bi to interact with a man sexually. And no straight guy wants to be seen as gay because of the huge stigma.

Men have sex with men or receive sexual services without reciprocation when it's convenient for them. In prison or the military when there were no women available they understand intuitively that a mouth is a mouth.

Here is a thought experiment for you to conduct:

Two men meet having grown up on a desert island. They know nothing of religious or society's programming.

The first guy is attracted to the cock of the second guy. We would say the first guy is gay.

He offers to suck the second guy. The second guy knows how good it feels to jerk off and wonders if it would feel good, so he says yes.

After he cums, do you think he'll regret it or think there is something wrong with getting that kind of pleasure?

The answer is no. He'll be thinking about the next time he can use that mouth.

So if our society's programming is holding you back, you can just thank the smartest man ever to walk the Earth for setting you free to enjoy the pleasure that mother nature wants for you.
