It’s easy to talk about the feels or butterflies in the abstract here on Reddit. Shit… that’s what most of the posts talk about. Because it’s a high minded idea of what they think this is. What about when it’s a person on the other end of the conversation though? When it ends… even if amicable, or something both parties want… what happens then?
What are you really after… ? If we are honest, we all know it won’t last. None of these are meant to. It has an end point. An expiration date. So, even if it’s the lies that we believe. Or choose to tell ourselves. It is still possible to have something.
We are here wanting something, and, finding someone for a little bit of time might be the end result. And if you have eyes open, you can at least enjoy the journey without being upset at only having a little bit… Right?
