Hey there ladies of OA! Newish account, but not really new to this. How have your New Year’s goals been going so far? Keeping up with them or are they slipping to the side, because of, you know, life? I am here for you! Let’s achieve great things together this year. I am generally a glass half full type of person with a positive outlook and positive energy.
I enjoy working out and try to hit up the gym daily and with some cardio thrown in there. I don’t have a perfect body, but I certainly am trying for one (although I am still a long ways off). My knees have been bothering me, just over/under utilization of different muscle groups. So my goal is to bullet proof my knees. I don’t generally like working out my lower half, so I need motivation to do that. I have found the ladies love the lower extremities and the men love the upper extremities and such is my case. I need a good program or routine to get it done.
I have been trying to eat better too. Give me some snack ideas as I like to snack, but most snacks all involve processed food, which is pretty much poison. I have kinda tried the carnivore diet, but that is actually really hard. I have gone vegan for awhile and that was actually easier than the carnivore diet. I think extremes of anything is probably not good. I am trying to drink more water as I think I chronically dehydrated.
Would love some ideas on supplements. I take a methylated vit. B, co-enzyme Q, and vit. D because of where I live. When the sun comes back I will stop taking that. I do collage in the morning and take protein powder after my workout with creatine. Come on, lay it on me. What should I be taking to improve my health? Any other biohacking ideas? Heard of the ground mat you sleep on? Is that fact or fiction?
I have other hobbies that mainly involve outdoor stuff. We can talk about that in private if you are really interested. I think they are cool hobbies, but they are not for everyone. But really my first priority in life is my kids. They are the best and I love them to death. I am very involved in their lives so they take up the majority of my time on a day to day basis, which is great. They are growing soooo fast and it is sad when they get older. They go from this cute little cuddly 4 yo who adore you and just want to cuddle and play and tease to a teenager who stinks, has an attitude, and suddenly they think they are cooler than you. How does that happen soo quickly! My oldest is in college and it is just really sad when they leave. I don’t like it when kids grow up. Parents always talk about they can’t wait for their kids to leave, and I don’t want to leave them - ever. (Well…not really….having a 25 yo kid playing video games in my basement is not what I want - but you get the point!)
I am 42 and married. I have blue eyes, athletic build, mostly fit, working on a six pack. Over 6 feet tall (barely…). I have a job where I can talk and text throughout my day and can text into the evenings as well (mostly). I do have a life outside of this though. I am generally happy in life and I would consider myself a cookie-eater (I don’t like cake!). No tatoos or beards for me. I am not into gaming or anime (what even is that???). I live a fulfilling life, but would like to add to it.
I am looking for a pretty lady to chat it up with. I am not into oversized women (you know who you are). Sorry, but that is just not my type. I would love to connect with someone who is into working out or wants to get into working out, and we can share that passion together. I am not super particular about anything else really, but confidence goes a long way. I hope you like sharing pictures (SFW and NSFW, if we ever get to that point). I enjoy seeing who I am talking to.
Let’s get together and see where the day takes us.
