Have you ever wondered whether you'd be here at all if your choices earlier in life were a little different? Sometimes I think, "I'm just not cut out for monogamy," which is why I seem to always come back to haunt these subs. Other times I think that ignorance would have been bliss, and I can't help but think that the majority of the millions of married people who aren't on Reddit (or existed before the internet pooped all our brains) simply go about their lives faithful and relatively content, even if low-key unhappy and bored.
We're products of our experiences. I married young, but the age wasn't really that big of an issue. Rather, I was very inexperienced. The experience of mutual desire was so interwoven with finding a girl I would marry that I don't honestly know at times whether it was love or lust that drove us together. Would my wife be the woman I'd want if all we had was communication through faceless text? Does it matter when she is a great wife and mom regardless? And even if it did, is the person who we seem to be through chat who we really are? Probably not completely.
I get that so many seem to be searching for deep connections here. If you're lonely and hurt then I wish you the best in healing that. For me, I'd just like to find someone who understands the thoughts and doesn't mind witty banter, flirty conversations, and real talk with an anonymous stranger on the internet. No big expectations, no age (other than be an adult), race, location, or looks requirements. And no drama. Let's talk and if we click let's talk some more. If not, say thanks and goodbye, and we'll leave it at that.
If that sounds like the kind of chatting any married woman out there is looking for, shoot me a chat! Just in case it really matters, I'm only planning to chat here on Reddit. If you've read this far, I'd love to hear from you and hope you have a good day!
