Connections are all about vibe and it is hard to find the right vibe through text, but I'm going to apply the "show, don't tell" method in the hope that my vibe comes across in a relatable way.
In the most non-nostalgic way possible I am very much a product of the 90's. I'm equally likely to smile and say hello as I am to give the finger. I keep my mouth shut the majority of the time because I want the words to mean something and not feel like bland platitudes being thrown out just to check off a box on the conversation outline. With that in mind I am very cautious and won't tell you my life story within 3 messages. I wont lie, I am highly skeptical of people who info dump first thing because it makes me question their discretion and it also implies a level of neediness that I'm not the best fit for.
I work in the service industry and don't have a 9-5 M-F schedule, I work weekends, don't get home until later at night, and have a mid-week weekend. I interact with a lot of people on a daily basis, so there are times when I need to recharge or I may seem a little off some days, it's not personal and all I need is some time. I mesh well with with someone who can throw witty banter my way and not take themself too serious while not making that the whole of their personality, a balance between sassy and self aware is attractive to me. On the fitness scale I am a solid 6.5-7, neither ripped or fat, just tall and normally proportioned for my height. Since I work a forward facing job I interact with women (of a variety of ages) regularly and have had my fair share of flirtatious encounters and stares that lingered longer than idle small talk would imply, so I'm not hideous, but I fully accept that I am not everyones type.
I have a ton of interests and hobbies that I dabble in, but none that I am all in on. Thats probably some kind of ADHD, but it is also because I like to learn about as many things as I can and, aside from cooking, haven't found something that speaks to my soul. So, there is a strong possibility that we will be able to connect over shared interests. Maybe you can be my muse.
I'm married and there is a lack of sexual expression. That is a straight up fact but it doesn't mean I am strictly looking for a quick nut. I'm not opposed to things getting sexual but it isn't satisfying unless there is a legit connection and vibe that takes us to that place.
Like everyone else I have times when I am more available than others and I'm not a needy person, so I don't expect constant attention, but I do expect consistent communication. I also deeply value the art of giving a heads up when it comes to availability because I value our mutual time.
