It’s Friday, the first day of November, and somehow, it’s unreasonably warm out—feels like summer is hanging on just to mess with us. After a long week, I’m ready for a little escape. Between work, kids, and some relationship stuff, life’s been a bit overwhelming lately. All I want tonight is a relaxed conversation, sitting back and just enjoying the weirdly warm evening. I’m a 33-year-old dad from PA, balancing the craziness of working from home and raising kids. It’s been a busy stretch, and I’m definitely ready for a little downtime. Alt-rock music is my go-to for unwinding, and I’m always up for swapping songs or just talking about life.
