I know I’ve done this before. Sometimes just being able to get my feelings out there is a huge help.
I understand how people can crack under the pressure. It is exhausting having to work, being a parent and husband. I don’t know how single parents, or stay at home parents, or even people whose spouse doesn’t help with the kids do it. I feel like I’ve sacrificed a lot of who I used to be. I’m either at work or at home. Constantly doing something. Not being able to have any mental break. I don’t even have time to touch my video games. Haven’t hung out with my friends in ages. Haven’t even had a weekend where it’s just the wife and I. I’m mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted.
