I have really been getting into working out lately. I have built myself a nice a home gym where I work and that has been really awesome to get in some exercise anytime I want. Now I donât have to leave to go to a gym, which is really amazing. Although, maybeâŚ..possiblyâŚ..I miss the motivation of working out in front of others. You know, that hot mom over there doing some thigh work, who casually glances over at you while you are getting your reps in, and when you make eye contact, both quickly look away like nothing happened?? Maybe that could be a virtual thing? Who knows? Never tried it before, why not start now? I mean this whole thing is virtual, why not a virtual glance in your general direction when working out?
Want to talk about biohacking? I tried a âhydrogen water bottle.â Didnât feel much difference. Going to try methylated B Vitamins and I have heard those can be great. Thinking about red light therapy as that has some promise in the literature. I have heard Co-Enzyme Q is really the only supplement that is beneficial long term. What about saunaâs and cold plunges? I have started to take cold showers, but the water only gets down 64 degrees and they say it should be below 58 degrees to get the most benefit. But, winter is coming so that will make the water temperature decrease a bit. What about diet? I love sugar too much. Cookies are my weakness. And homemade bread with butter and honey (my mouth is watering as I type). I have cut carbs quite a bit and that was actually easier than I thought, but homemade bread is different. What about processed foods??? Why the heck do allow poisons to be put into our food? It is terrible!
I am 41 yo. Married with a few kids. My oldest just went to college and it has been kinda sad around my house for the past few weeks. Although I am sad she has left, it is not like I want her hanging out in my basement till she is 30 either, so it is bittersweet for sure. Not to worry though, as my other kids still keep me busy. We had an orchestra concert last night. It is some activity or sporting event on most nights with my kids. I have blue eyes. Athletic build and 6â1â.
What else about me? I do enjoy some movies. I generally like action/thriller/suspense and I am a closet rom-com fan. I donât appreciate horror at all. I feel there is enough real horror in the world that I see on the news, so I donât want to bring it into my entertainment realm. I am watching White Collar right now. It is a good show and very entertaining. The Office, Seinfeld, Parks and Rec, Brooklyn 99 are all great. I love a good meme and gifs. I hate slow drivers and stickiness on random things, like the banister walking up stairsâŚ..kids đ¤Śââď¸(iykyk). What about gum on the bottom of the trash can? I feel like that shouldnât bother me, because, you know, it is a trash can, but it does.
I am not really into BBW or âthiccâ women. Sorry, that is just not my type. But you should be cute and active and confidant. I am very good at giving compliments, so be prepared. I would also hope you like to share pictures and videos and use some sort of multimedia often. Words on a page get boring after awhile. I use telegram and hope you do as well.
