OK, here we go…. This is not my first time around the block.

I’ve done the OA thing many times, with partners on the other side of the pond/world where there was no chance of ever meeting - great fun but ultimately it’s only a matter of time before sizzle turns to fizzle.

I’ve done the OA-with-potential-to-meet thing many times too, with partners in the UK who weren’t local but there was always the idea / possibility that we could meet. Again, great fun, but in every case the meeting up part has proved elusive due to various reasons and once again sizzle turns to fizzle before the details can be worked out.

So, this time (which may be the last time) I’m looking for someone local. Or at least someone who finds themselves in the North East of England on a semi-regular basis.

About me: I’ve just turned 52, been married for a very long time and very much neglected. I work from home (IT) most of the time, with the odd trip down south for a few days every couple of months. About to have an “empty nest” as our only child heads off to University, but not looking to change my situation. Physically, I’m tall & stocky, HWP, with short dirty blond hair and a short salt n pepper beard. I’ve been told I’m handsome but obviously that’s completely subjective and for every person who has told me I’m good looking, another person has ghosted me after seeing a face pic. Personality - I’m very laid back, sarcastic sense of humour, happy to talk about anything from the mundane to the world-changing, from family friendly to downright filthy, I have very few boundaries.

Who I’m looking for: No real preference on age - I tend to get on well with women younger than me, but obviously there’s probably a limit where we wouldn’t have anything in common… that said I would never reject anyone based purely on age. Physically, I tend to go for curvy women, the old boobs & bum cliche - but again I would never reject someone for not meeting some elusive physical requirement. There needs to be a physical attraction, but from experience that comes in many forms. I need someone who can laugh with me, who doesn’t take themselves (or anything) too seriously. I will want to share pictures early and often, and chat pretty much daily where possible - ideally meeting up on a fairly regular basis, maybe every 1-2 months.
