I'm just going to put it out there - I am 65 (been told I don't look it and certainly don't feel it). I run 5Ks multiple times a week and love being outside, but also love reading, listening to music, watching movies, and sharing stimulating conversation (of which there is a dearth of at home) with someone interested in the same.
