Did Lindsey ever get help?

Anyone know if this lady got the help she needed? Alcohol was clearly a problem for her as well as anger and maybe self confidence. The way her immediate response to everyone was to tear them down shows that she felt beneath others. I feel bad for her, I hope this show didn’t ruin her life.
