So, I came across what might have been a good fit for a third for the wife and I. He was in the age range we were looking for. Single. Lived alone. (We have kids at home...kinda hard to host). He could form sentences!!! (Who knew early on this was a cull factor?)

So, yep. Crickets. He was pouring it on that we were a perfect fit, etc. Yep, I made the mistake of letting him know we were interested. Not a word since.

I continue to see examples of how often guys ghost once they see you are interested. I am not sure if they feel they conquered the mountain or just go ‘oh, shit...this is real.’

Usually, I left people know I am pulling the plug. I am not bothering with this one. Just block.
