Criticising!
Post Body

Just having a rant: there is so much moaning and complaining. Micro little example that got under my skin today. Made a roast beef Sunday lunch (on Saturday), with home made gravy, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, the works. I do most of the cooking, but this obviously takes a long time to make.

Serve it up and what do I get? These potatoes don’t have as much flavour as usual, have you done something different with the gravy? I don’t like it. Did you not do cauliflower cheese, I like it with cauliflower cheese, did you use garlic powder or paste on the beef (neither!!!!!) it tastes synthetic. (It was cooked in a bed of veg, with red wine and sprigs of fresh thyme - no ‘powders’ anywhere).

Im the first to criticise myself if the food I cook isn’t right - but the gravy was one of the best I’ve made and the potatoes were ultra crispy. A thank you would have been nice!

Rant over. Sorry.
