For those preparing for marriage, contemplating it now or one day, make sure you and your significant other are sexually compatible. Whatever differences you have will only become more apparent as you spend more time together married. Don't make the mistake I made and realize that you want more sexual intimacy and think that it will come with time in marriage. If one of you has grown more open sexually through the relationship and the other can't talk about sexual things in detail, fantasize, or explore with you in any way (reading, watching, talking, doing), it will only become worse after marriage. As much as it may hurt you and them in the short run you will both be better off if you split sooner, rather than later, and find someone who desires sexual intimacy the closer to the way you do.
