I’ve been so sad recently

Basically my wife I got split apart, nothing wrongs we just don’t really have privacy and we haven’t been sleeping in the same bed. Sleeping together skin to skin is very intimate to me, with or without sex. We still see each other everyday but I think the space is really messing with my head, everything we see each other I’m just so sad. What should I do?
