I (54F) started bio identical hormone replacement therapy in January after going through menopause in 2020. So I put it off a while. And my sex drive is through the roof. I wish I’d done it sooner. My hubby (51M) had started on testosterone therapy a few years ago for reasons other than libido since he never had an issue with that. And I was resentful at first since I tended to not be as interested in sex. But now that I’m also on the hormone therapy, it has been great for our relationship as we communicate better now, enjoy our time together and are exploring our sexual relationship like never before, even better than in our 20’s when we first met. We’ve been loving it! Would love to hear if other couples have experienced the same or similar.
