CR Touch / BL Touch doesn't home.

I upgraded to the CR Touch on my CR-10S Pro and for the life of me I can't get it to work. It does not want to go down during the homing process and it doesn't deploy the pin.
I initially followed this tutorial for the BL Touch installation and firmware update. After that didn't work, I followed this tutorial. Triple checked my wiring, made sure to short circuit the mentioned mins on the transfer board, and updated the firmware.
