Marlin 2.1 BL Touch- ABL probing one point

I have a BTT SKR mini v1.2 on an Ender 3. I had BL Touch working with Marlin 2.0. I tried to compile 2.1 following directions for 2.0, and when I run ABL the printer homes fine, then it moves to the left front probes point #1, and stops and reports settings stored like it has conpleated the process. I should add I have the grid set to 5.
I imagine there's something in 2.1 different that I missed. Ant thoughts?
