Dolphin, Wiimmfi, and desync

Anyone else use Dolphin to play online and experience a crazy amount of desync? People are teleporting and I'm getting kicked from my worldwides. It's no fun.
I thought it was my internet at first, but I've got 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload and I doubt MKW is really that demanding on my internet.
Is this something I can fix or something I just have to live with?
