Will I be able to buy the DLC even if subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion?

Currently subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack and I’m excited to play the courses soon.
If I decide that I’d like to buy the dlc for mariokart will I be able to? I know with PlayStation if you claim something through PS , you can’t hit it later.
Will I still be able to purchase the dlc even after I’ve downloaded the dlc? TIA!
