Di ko sigurado sa ibang branches, pero sa Blue Wave branch, napakapangit!!!
- Nung binubump yung full payment ko, sobrang responsive. Nung nakapagbayad na'ko to follow up sa sched, either seen or aabot ng isang araw bago magreply.
- Magbabago ng sched ng biglaan. May time na pumunta ako tas wala yung instructor. Meron ding madaling araw mag-uupdate, like 4AM.
- Halatang imomove out of schedule ka kasi may ibang ipripriority. Halimbawa, 8AM ako tas minove akong 11AM tas di raw pumasok instructor kaya sa sunod na araw na lang daw like WTF??
- Imagine, 1 month na'kong enrolled pero naka 2 hours pa lang ako out of 10. Ganyan kapangit ang sistema nila.
Wag kayo mag-eenroll dito. Sayang bayad sa pangit na customer service. No refund din sila kaya nagtitiis na lang ako.
I don't recommend Dynamic!
