Hello!
So a bit of background. I am a 21 year old guy who is studying abroad in Edinburgh. Last year I went through a depressive episode and was diagnosed with PTSD from my many concussions. I have been smoking since September 2023 after I ran into a lady who told me it would really help me because I suffer from crazy brain fog and just anxiety. So I tried it and the next thing I know I feel so much better. More alive if that makes sense. I use to smoke every night after I finished my day, and I believe it would set me up right for the next day (not waking up out of it). So now I am here studying abroad in Scotland which was a goal of mine but now I am smoking a lot of weed (a lot to me lol). I smoke like three times a day and sometimes I feel great after but recently I have been overthinking. All the people around me are anti weed and they tell me it’s horrible for me, I just don’t know what to do. Cause I have smoked straight for like 5 months and I don’t wanna take a T break as I’m afraid my symptoms of PTSD will come back.
So if there is anyone out there who can give me advice I would really appreciate it. Also if you live in Scotland hmu - I need more stoner friends ahah.
