Hello I recently ran my first marathon On October 6th Being one of my goals last year I started to run long distance but injured my leg recover took from January - beginning of April I kept seeing Marathon videos and kept seeing David goggins even reading his book so I set out a goal to run a marathon
Goal was run run a sub 4 but I stopped for a bathroom break at the very end of how much I ate I was just wondering if this is a good time for my first marathon I’ve been fit for a long time but the cramps were killing me
