Hi all, Been running properly (full time you could say) since March I do 2-3 half marathons a month and generally have a high level of fitness. However, I’m slow…. Like I can run half marathons on my period, in the rain, on an empty tummy but I struggle to run fast. I do 11-12 minute miles and it’s annoying me as I want to be faster. I’ve never been fast, I do boxing and speed isn’t my thing. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, how can I rectify it?
