Looking for a 6 week training plan taking me from marathon (26.2 miles) to Ultra-marathon (31 miles).

I just ran my first marathon (Los Angeles) on Sunday, March 17th 2024. My finish time was 4 hours 28 minutes. I started training for it in July of 2023 and I was not a runner but in decent shape. I just signed up for a 31 mile (50k) race in the Bronx on May 5th and I need a training plan that I can start Monday and end in 6 weeks (May 5th). The training plan I used for the Los Angeles Marathon was Hal Higdon 20 Week Novice Marathon Training Plan.
