Getting back into Marathon training and feeling discomfort in my calves.

Hi,

So I'm getting back into running after years of not doing it. Been running after my workouts at the gym on the treadmill and keeping a 12min mile pace for 10 mins then walking at a 15min mile until I reach a mile.

However during my runs I feel a discomfort in my calves around the area of my Achilles to where I imagine it connected to the Calf.

Not sure if this is simply weakness in my calves, maybe my pace is too fast, but I'm running a mile 5x a week
