Is it possible to design your own manufactured home and have the builder make it?
Iโm a big fan of some L-shaped designs that I have seen from some manufacturers โ essentially a single-wide for part of the length and a double-wide for the remainder. Unfortunately those designs arenโt available in my area. If I draw up a diagram and present it to the dealer, what are the chances that they could work with the manufacturer to make it happen? If it is possible, how much should I expect it to cost to do this level of customization?
