I bought a manufactured home in 2019 brand new. After 5 years of living here I mentioned to my neighbor about some slight hairline drywall cracks nothing crazy which to me was expected because I know they settle, and he said they have people who go under the house and can level it.
I got a crazy deal on it and plan on living here forever since I like the town. I am just wondering should I do it every couple years or ignore it or what. I don't have a lot of money but would spend it if its a beneficial long term thing.
